Cost: $110 for a day course includes all ingredients, supplies & workshop notes.
We offer a choice of two cheeses for the day…. Make Camembert OR Haloumi /Fetta
as the main cheeses & then a couple of others as well.

In this hands-on, fun cheese making workshop you will learn how to create delicious
cheeses in your own home. Learn several basic cheese making techniques.
It is not a difficult process and does not require a lot of equipment.

All Ingredients & recipes supplied.
Participants will preferably need to have their own mincing machine with
a sausage stuffing tube. Each participant will make about 2kgm Italian style
fresh pork sausages ready for cooking.
